The Department of World Economy is a dynamically developing educational and research subdivision of the Faculty of Economics, St. Petersburg State University. The Department today is one of the leading think-tanks on trade policy issues. The staff delivers research projects in various aspects of international economic relations.
The Department of World Economy presents a wide range of educational programmes: BA 'International Economic Relations and International Business', MA 'International Trading System', and Ph.D. 'World Economy'. The Department also delivers short-term seminars and International Summer School in Russian Business.
